I wanted to wait a little bit before I put a review. But I will say this shop stands behind their warranty. 2014 Chevy, Silverado 1500 transmission. It was no good. They put a new one in it turned out to be no good. So they put another one in, and so far thirteen thousand miles, it's still kicking good. It might have been a little inconvenient having to wait for multiple transmissions to be replaced, but they did not make me pay another penny. And worked with me until we got it right. only transmission shop I would go to

5 stars!!! Best customer service I have had in a long time.. I called them on Tuesday and Jay told me if I had transmission there on Wednesday I could get back before the weekend complete rebuild and he is a Man of his word I picked it up Friday morning around 10am. Thank you Jay and thanks to the techs in the back y’all are bad ass thank you. I appreciate y’all.

Jay seem to be ok But not sure if was him or his son. But who ever tighten the bolts on the trans pan over tightened it far and beyond. Your not holding a tire on ok. Your just holding fluid. Well who did it tightened so much that they stripped the bolts most in portent it the bolts that holds his linkaged bracket on with shift cable. That transmission went in with no problems with the bolts because I been serving the transmission for over close to 20 years. Never had a problem until they did the rebuild job on it. Rebuild was good but over tighten the trans pan bolts. When I called Jay he acted like he didn't knew who I was it was only a month since I picked it up. He said drill it out and put a longer bolt and put a nut on top of it. I say what I don't work half ass like this. I told him your over tightened it and screwed it up. He said it's no big deal. Easy for you to say. It's not your car. Put a longer bolt through it. Get Out Of Here. First and last job. I'll never acknowledge this place. Didn't even try to offer anything Took the money made mistakes and didn't make good on it.

Jay and his team are absolute magicians. He took the utmost care of my little Durango and kept me in the loop every step of the way on the rebuild of my transmission. Shes been down for about 5 years because of a blown transmission, I was fully prepared to expect at minimum week or two turn around, but he and his team blew my expectations out of the water with how fast they got my trusty little Durango on the road again in just a fraction of the time! Transmission rebuild/replacement shopping can be hit and miss a lot of times because it's a big financial drop, Jay and his team have earned my respect and any future transmission repairs I may need going forward and I recommend them for anyone who needs transmission work
